Prosecutor Simmons Objects to Abuse Prevention Programs

employed-hatred

Prosecutor Simmons:
So when you talked about the love and the caring and the companionship, so why is it in a group that close and that tight you would need a child abuse prevention policy.*

Satterberg Prosecutors: Mark Larson, Lisa Johnson, Rich Anderson, Jason Simmons agreed  “So what.” to evidence from the start and in open court. They protected, obstructing justice and used the hate crime of Athena Dean  literally “informing” her when it was time to get to Texas.

State of Wa. vs Christians

damned-if-you-do

Prosecutor Simmons:
How many members were there in Sound Doctrine Church around 2005 or 2006?

Witness:
I don’t keep a count of the members, I can’t tell you for sure how many members were there during that time frame.

Prosecutor Simmons:
In Enumclaw was it roughly 50?

Witness:
It could have been 50 it could have been a little bit more, it could have been a little bit less. Like I said I don’t remember the exact number.

Prosecutor Simmons:
I’m just trying get a sense. It wasn’t 10 but it wasn’t 500.

Witness:
Yeah that’s accurate.

Prosecutor Simmons:
So when you talked about the love and the caring and the companionship, so why is it in a group that close and that tight you would need a child abuse prevention policy.*

Witness:
It just was a very wise thing to do, wouldn’t you say?

Abuse Prevention System-Proof of Abuse

Prosecutor Simmons condemned Sound Doctrine Church for having an abuse prevention system in operation. Yes, you read that correctly and better let it sink in deep and hard. Speaking of sinking…

In typical witch-hunt fashion no matter what you do, or don’t do, you are guilty. Tie a witch hand and foot, throw her into the river, let her drown, then if her body sinks it is proof she is guilty. Of course if her body floats the matter is pointless for she has been vilified and killed.

Does your church have an abuse prevention system in place? Quick! Dismantle any system that would prevent abuse because, according to Prosecutor Simmons, if your church is small, that is proof a crime has been committed.

Moving down into the slimy depths of accusations with that set of logic (if you can call it logic), to discuss good touch, bad touch at the dinner table with a family of 4 is proof positive that something sinister is happening.

Damned if you have an abuse prevention system in place, damned if you have no system in place.

Talking, Proof Of Guilt; Remaining Silent Also Proof Of Guilt

When Athena Dean and Detective McCall had Malcolm Fraser arrested, the proof of guilt according to Detective McCall’s arrest report and Ms. Dean’s blogs was that Mr. Fraser remained silent. Yet, again in witch-hunt logic, the right to remain silent, and to assert that right is proof positive of guilt.

Yet, again in witch-hunt logic, the right to remain silent, and to assert that right is proof positive of guilt.

Naturally, Detective McCall testified at the hearing that threw out such entrapment reports that the silence was proof of guilt. His statement showed he had no intention of reading Malcolm his Miranda rights until he arrested him, dragged him to the Enumclaw Police Station, then attempted to badger him to answer questions. Detective McCall wanted Malcolm to talk so as to trap him into saying something to further bump up the charges. When that didn’t happen Detective McCall stated that his silence was proof positive of his guilt which Athena Dean widely distributed in various manners.

There we have it again.

Damned if you talk, and damned if you remain silent.

Moment Of Truth

Now we come to our Moment of Truth, this Sunday, June 9, 2013.

The ruthless will vanish, the mockers will disappear, and all who have an eye for evil will be cut down—those who with a word make a man out to be guilty, who ensnare the defender in court and with false testimony deprive the innocent of justice.
(Isaiah 29:20-21)

T. Williams

* The lie first given to the Prosecutor’s Office in early 2012 by Athena Dean and the False Accuser was that the church did not even have an abuse program, “but ought to.” The abuse prevention program was in place for a decade or more-not too mention the power of walking in the Light, (1 John 1:7).
