Stop Inviting Prosecutor Satterberg

· Editorial & Opinion (pro 23:23) · No Comments

speaking

Stop! Think! Do not invite these men to speak at your meetings—they are the ones who steal your rights while flattering themselves about how “fair” and “humble” they consider themselves to be. Half their time is spent giving themselves awards while picking our pockets of liberty.

Why invite Prosecutor Satterberg and the like into our clubs, churches, and organizations? Not only do they steal our rights, they brutishly apply the law and underme the truth. Such men act the opposite of treating others as they would demand they be treated.

It is time for good people to stop allowing these tyrants to treat us as fools. Of such men God says;

But you have insuled the poor. Is it not the rich who are exploiting you? Are they not the ones who are dragging you into court? Are they not the ones who are slandering the noble name of him to whom you belong?  If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing right.  (James 2:6-8)

Those guilty of crimes are convicted not by truth, but by underhanded methods of legal torture. These individuals “make ready their tongue like a bow, to shoot lies; it is not by truth that they triumph in the land.”

Prosecutor Simmons’ whole manner of conduct displays nothing but contempt for his fellow man and the laws of the Constitution. Reading his unsigned motions is to experience short burst of legal jargon that do not reflect the meaning of the law, let alone the facts of reality. Prosecuting Attorney Satterberg is busy lobbying the state for more power while at the same time claiming he does not concern himself with the workers underneath his watch.

Prosecuting Attorney, Dan Satterberg.

This self-serving power grab produces a laziness seldom witnessed in any other area of society. If one hangs around court the most overheard conversation concerns when Prosecutors and Judges are going to be gone. Like Prosecutors around the country if it doesn’t affect them, they don’t care.

Words like “fairness” and “humility” that Prosecuting Satterberg quotes are only tools to catch us off guard, to keep us from critical thinking about his dubious applications of the law. The reason he doesn’t concern himself is to apply deniability to the shakedown methods of the court system. We elect these individuals to prosecute the bad guys, prosecutors, police and all, to ensure our right to the pursuit of happiness. We only harm ourselves by letting Satterberg claim to “hold individuals accountable” as he does everything in his power to make Prosecutors unaccountable at every level. The amount of incompetence and abuse of power demonstrated by Prosecutor Simmons staggers the imagination. I guess not all hypocrites go to church.

As reflected in Prosecutor Simmons’ trial and paperwork it is clear words have no meaning to him—except that they benefit his career. All of this is a very big deal because innocent individuals’ freedoms are at stake. Prosecution is so out of control that average citizens must be mini lawyers when talking to police. If we, the people, cannot be assured our rights are protected by the police, it is the Prosecutors and Judges who have bullied their way into the happiness of our lives. Do not fall for the legal clap-trap. The police know exactly what to give the Prosecutors and Prosecutors in turn know how to protect police bullying. As a result you see innocent individuals like Malcolm Fraser framed with lies while a very real hate crime is employed for selfish gain.

Why individuals like King County Prosecutor Satterberg are invited to speak at meetings is beyond my understanding. It is time to shut down the power grab and make Satterberg stop the lobbying and walk the offices of the Prosecutors under his direction. Prosecutors who are clearly out of control and doing a sloppy job with justice. These prosecutors commit the cardinal sin, short of blaspheming God directly by mercilessly disregarding their fellow man. They, of course, can’t see it because they are too busy flattering themselves for the crooked work being produced.

For in his own eyes he flatters himself too much to detect or hate his sin.
(Psalm 36:2)

If Prosecutor Simmons is atypical of the work rendered in the King County Courthouse, then things are in very, very serious trouble. A special election to unseat Prosecutor Satterberg should be the least action to fix this mess. The politicking needs to stop, new legal bills brought to a standstill, and someone ought to get down on the ground floor and clean house!
