Hot off the press is King County Prosecutors Satterberg’s posse round-ups in his monthly newsletter.
Tennie Shoes and Jeans
Little wonder that evidence is irrelevant to King Country Prosecutor Dan Satterberg, what between spending all his time lobbying, playing the guitar and allowing Rich Anderson to walk around in tennis shoes and jeans while on the job. Others in the court during the trial even remarked to Rich Anderson, “Sure wish I could wear jeans and tennis shoes.” Such antics are well known amongst others through-out the King County system of legalities. This, arrogant, no-work attitude is easily seen in Prosecutor Simmons with his unsigned paperwork and stating of the most ludicrous of statements – such is the nature of pride that comes from too much power and being unaccountable.
Smart Jurors Sent Home
Rather than getting down into his office and insuring justice Prosecutor Satterberg rallies public opinion to ensure that individuals are deprived of a fair trial by plugging for laws he would like to see on the books. All the while ignoring the Wenatchee witch-hunts committed by his prosecutors. No wonder Rich Anderson and Prosecutor Simmons sent home the smart jurists first* – this all about saying “So what!” to evidence to Prosecutor Dan Satterberg.
Such lobbying efforts and lynch mob posse round-ups need to be put to a stop by the Washington State legislature so that criminal trials can once again can reflect the rule of good laws.
When it comes to the law and Prosecutor Satterberg’s power grabs there just is no line that is called a fair trial as his actions have demonstrated all too clearly. Like Prosecutors around the county Satterberg considers his office a private means of advancement rather than a public service.
It is time for laws to be passed that pull the tax payer funded lobbying by Prosecutor Satterberg to “fix” laws he doesn’t personally like. Prosecutor Satterberg is using the cover of fixing laws so that his office can say “So what!” to evidence.
“So what!” Attitude To Evidence
No wonder his prosecutors, like Jason Simmons and Rich Anderson, with so much contempt declared “So what!” to evidence and flat out lied through-out a trial. To King County Sattersberg justice is just one big public relations campaign that uses the backs, and pictures, of those who he can use within the legal system to advance himself.
If King County Prosecutor Satterberg wants to fix a hole, how about the fact his prosecutors consider evidence to be irrelevant. In the meantime King County Dan Satterberg has no business posting individuals pictures for his purpose of getting tougher laws passed, that is lobbying efforts. Such self-serving interests belittles the office of Prosecutor.
House Bill 2164 lobbying effort by Prosecutor Attorney Dan Satterberg rather than doing his job.
Naturally we cannot expect anything else from a man who considers a hate crime as just one more lobbying effort by his prosecutors. Athena Dean’s hate crime has been so protected by King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg that her publicly declared destruction of Winepress Publishing / Sound Doctrine Church (i.e. Malcolm Fraser) is now complete with the her publishing company Redemptive Press in the same office space as Winepress Publishing. It is very profitable to hate Sound Doctrine Church / Winepress Publishing and public official’s are rewarding Athena Dean handsomely. Mike Reynolds City of Enumclaw Prosecutor, (also one time Winepress and now Redemptive Press landlord) Detective McCall, Enumclaw Police knew exactly what to give King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg.
King County Prosecutor Dan Satterberg prosecutor’s, Mark Larson, Lisa Johnson, Rich Anderson, Jason Simmons declared with actions over months of delays then, in closing arguments, verbally in court, “So what!” to evidence. Athena Dean’s public hate crime was enhanced by this team to fabric testimony against Sound Doctrine Church and Winepress Publishing, (i.e. Malcolm Fraser). Athena Dean’s hate crime was protected by King County prosecutors, then dropped from the witness list the first day of the trial so that this truth would not come out in open court. After first being advised to literally get out of town and move to Texas during the trial, now that the trial is over Athena Dean has returned to Enumclaw, Wa to continue her destruction.
*Prosecutor Simmons asked potential jurors if anyone believed there must be evidence to convict someone beside just an accusation. Those who stated the foundational truth that of course one needs more than a mere accusation to be found guilty were sent home by Prosecutors Rich Anderson and Simmons.
