(King County Regional Justice Center, May 16th, 2013):

The State’s witnesses have started to lie about Athena Dean in hopes of distancing themselves from her hate-crime designed to bring Sound Doctrine Church to its knees.

However Enumclaw.com, and many others, have known the truth about Ms. Dean’s involvement for some time. Athena Dean, the State’s star-worker-witness, sat outside the Enumclaw Police Station while Detective McCall led the accuser to every allegation.

Detective McCall met with the alleged victim twice at the Enumclaw Police Station. The first time on March 15th 2012, and the second time on March 19th, 2012.

Not surprisingly during testimony in court Enumclaw.com heard differing statements as to whether or not Athena Dean was actually outside (or inside) the police station on these dates.

Jessica Gambill, the accuser’s mother, testified Athena was not present.  However, in direct contradiction to her mother, the accuser said Athena was present both times. In addition, Detective McCall testified Athena was present at the Enumclaw Police Station on the date of the first meeting.

Under oath, Jessica Gambill testified, with a little word play:

Defense: Was Athena Dean present at the Enumclaw Police Department on either occasion?

Jessica Gambill: Not the two I told you about. Not to my knowledge.

However, in complete contradiction to her own mother, the accuser (M.C.) stated that not only did she see Athena, but her mother also saw Athena.

Defense: So on the first time you went to the Enumclaw Police Department you saw Athena Dean and she was outside the Enumclaw Police Department?

M.C: Yes.

Defense: And the first time you went to Enumclaw Police Department, was your mother present and saw you talking to Athena Dean on that first occasion?

M.C.: Yeah.

Detective Grant McCall, who also provided Athena Dean with spiritual advice, testified that Athena was present. That she came into the Enumclaw Police Station.

Detective McCall: I know that I saw Athena Dean that day. She came into the police department.

Defense: So you saw Athena Dean at the Enumclaw Police Department, March 15th, 2012?

Detective McCall: Possibly, yeah.

Finally, Athena Dean, the woman who stirred up this entire case, stated that she was there and spoke to Detective McCall.

As was revealed in Court, Athena Dean even went so far as to send a Facebook message to people warning them of Malcolm’s upcoming arrest before the accuser was even interviewed by Detective McCall.

She will be ready to talk early next week, but in the meantime we need to have a total shut down of communication about this issue. The officer does not want Malcolm getting wind of this at all, and I completely agree.

So, please, if you have told anyone about this, let them know this information and please don’t talk any more about it until I let you know that Malcolm has been arrested. Then you can say whatever you like, and rejoice with me that justice is coming soon

In August 2012, the Defense  interviewed Athena Dean, during which she confirmed her presence, and that she saw Jessica while at the police station. At that time Ms. Dean was proud of her activities because neither Athena Dean, nor Detective McCall, thought that the church would be around to respond.

Athena: “I went and sat outside when I knew she [MC] was inside and prayed for her, but that – I didn’t go in with her, her mom and dad went in with her.”

Defense: How did you know he [Malcolm] was going to be arrested?

Athena: “Because Grant McCall told us, told Jessica and she told me.

Conclusion:

“Because Grant McCall [detective] told us…”

Prosecutor Simmons star-worker of hatred is Athena Dean and the inconsistency in testimony has been known for over a year to the Prosecutor’s Office. Not to mention dates, medical conditions, and the misconduct of Detective McCall and the Enumclaw Police. The Prosecutor’s Office has enabled law enforcement to deny Sound Doctrine Church’s constitutional rights and structured matters in order to frame-up the charges.
